Life is so precious, my friends...the house across the street had a fire inside. Watching the fireman do their job and the care they are giving to my neighbor's dogs is fantastic! I have a high school friend who is a county fire marshall and every time I talk to him, I thank him for the tireless job he does.

Public servants are true heroes. They put themselves at risk to help others, and we all need to thank them in whatever way we can.
Life is precious. It's a brief window of time in which we get an opportunity to find and spread happiness.
May we all be so lucky as to do both in our lives.
